1. 7 DAYS REPLACEMENT GURANTEE: All Products purchased from ONE LIFESTYLE BANGLADESH Web-Store will have a 7 Days (168 Hours) Valid Replacement Eligibility period from the date/time of receiving delivery. After the mentioned time Replacement Guarantee CANNOT be claimed under ANY-CIRCUMSTANCES. The Replacement Guarantee will only be applicable in cases-
    • Where the product received is NOT as per the specifications mentioned by ONE LIFESTYLE BANGLADESH (e.g. size/color/material etc.)
    • Where the product received has any DEFECT or FAULT (e.g. torn/sewing defect/zipper-accessory defect etc.)
  2. 3 MONTHS REPAIR WARRANTY: All Products purchased from ONE LIFESTYLE BANGLADESH Web-Store will have a 3 Months Valid Repair Eligibility period from the date of receiving delivery. The following conditions applies to claim the Repair Warranty-
    • Where the product after 7 Days/168 Hours displays any DEFECT or FAULT (e.g. sewing defect/zipper-accessory defect) within the valid 3 Months period.
    • To avail the warranty the defect has to be a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. Any defect caused by over-usage from specification will void the warranty.
  3. NO CASH REFUND POLICY: ONE LIFESTYLE BANGLADESH does NOT have any Cash Refund Policy. Under NO circumstances any Cash Refund will be provided for any claims mentioned above.
  4. CLAIMING PROCESS: To claim a Replacement Guarantee/Repair Warranty, customers are requested to Contact our Customer Support within the mentioned timeframe via our Facebook page messaging (m.me/onelifestylebangladesh) or Call +880 1841 881 801 (10 AM-8 PM) or mail us at support@onelifestyle.com.bd.
  5. CHANGE OF MIND/DISLIKING PRODUCT AFTER DELIVERY: While purchasing Customers will be provided with sufficient Raw Images, Video & Size, Material & other details for complete understanding of the product. We STRONGLY urge our customers to check the above carefully before Ordering. Once ordered and received we do NOT accept any Return or Replacement or Refund for Change of Mind/Disliking Product after delivery.
  6. IMPORTANCE OF INVOICE/ORDER ID FOR CLAIM: Please preserve the INVOICE & ORDER ID for making any Claim. Without proper Invoice or Order ID NO claims will be processed. We expect our customers to return the product in its best condition available with the Invoice provided.
  7. ADDITIONAL COURIER CHARGES FOR CLAIM: Any Courier or Logistic cost incurred during REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE claim will be bared by ONE LIFESTYLE BANGLADESH. For any REPAIR WARRANTY Claim or Additional Support we Encourage Customers to physically visit our facility or bear the Courier or Logistic Cost involved in the process.
